This coaching program is designed for small and medium-sized enterprises in the Lapland region that manufacture products and are considering starting to export or have already engaged in small-scale exports. The service helps you take concrete steps toward international growth—in a controlled manner and without major risks.

During the coaching program, you will develop a concrete roadmap for your company’s international expansion:
Select 1–2 potential target markets
You will learn how to use AI tools to gather market information
You understand market demand, competition, and requirements
You will clarify the value proposition for international customers
You will develop a practical go-to-market plan
You'll get coaching tailored specifically to your company's situation
After the training, you will have a clear target market, a concrete market entry plan, 1–3 next steps for exporting, and a better understanding of the risks and opportunities.

The training program consists of three parts:
1) Joint workshop: Current state of internationalization, capabilities, and launching market selection
Monday, May 11, 2026, in Rovaniemi and online (duration: 2.5 hours)
2) Joint workshop: Market selection, targeting, value proposition, and go-to-market planning
Monday, May 25, 2026 (duration: 2.5 hours, online session)
3) Company-specific coaching: Practical questions and next steps
June 2026 (2 hours, online)
Who is the instructor?
The program is led by Accelerando’s experienced export and internationalization consultants Peter Ollikainen, Aleksi Aaltonen, and Tomi Rauste.
Terms of Service
The program can accommodate up to 20 companies; each company may send one or more participants. The program will take place if at least 8 companies register. If the number of registrants exceeds the number of available spots, the Strategic Growth in Transition project will select the participants and notify registrants of the selections via email.
The service is completely free of charge for participating companies, but the value of the service is counted as de minimis aid for the company. Further information de minimis aid (tem.fi)Link to another website. (opens in a new window).
By registering, the entrepreneur/company agrees to enter their participation details into the EURA 2021 system and to return the completed de minimis form provided to them.
