The Lapland Chamber of Commerce acts as a provider and networker of education, advocacy and official services for its members. 

The Central Union of Agricultural Producers and Forest Owners (MTK) is a trade union and interest organisation for farmers, forest owners and rural entrepreneurs. The local association is called MTK Ranua. 

Regional marketing of tourism in Ranua is carried out by Ranua Finland and Ranuan Matkailuyhdistys ry.

Peräpohjolan Leader ry is a rural development association operating in the areas of Simon, Tervola, Keminmaa, Kemi, Rovaniemi and Ranua. The main idea behind Leader is to use local expertise and know-how in the development of the area. Leader funding can be used to support, for example, business start-ups and investments, the vitality of villages and international activities. In this way, we will be able to increase the potential and attractiveness of rural areas.

Business Finland helps Finnish companies find suitable international partners and supports research, product development and other measures aimed at business growth.

The business funding of the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment includes business development grants, business financing in rural areas and transport subsidies.

The Northern Cape Border Advisory Service promotes the cross-border activities of companies and private individuals between Finland, Sweden and Norway.
