As the Wildlife Park adapts to the new layout, it will be possible to build accommodation in the hotel reservation area where guests will be able to see the Wildlife Park directly from their hotel room window. On the other side of the building, the landscape will include new commercial buildings and reindeer.

The occupancy rate is over 80% in the winter season and over 40% in the low season. The number of visitors to the Wildlife Park exceeds 100 000 every year.

On this basis, we are looking for a developer and operator that meets an existing need: the current accommodation capacity at the Wildlife Park is not sufficient to cater for the growing number of tourists.
