Development Manager
The task is to develop the operating environment of livelihoods. In practice, I help companies with all sorts of problems. I look for partners and make contacts between companies and public organisations, for example. I advise companies on investing and arranging financing. I spar in the development of marketing and digitalization, as well as in the utilisation of service design. In addition, I act as a link between both the municipality of Ranua and ranua-based companies in several sub-regional and entire Lapland action groups and joint projects.

My role is to support businesses and municipal organizations in accessing public funding; advise businesses on business development; encourage businesses to locate in Ranua; and foster interaction and cooperation between the municipality and businesses.
I am also responsible for Hillator's activities.
Perttu Ruokangas
Communication Coordinator
My task is to develop the communications of the municipality of Ranua and the municipal group. In practice, I inform about the affairs of the municipality of Ranua on the website and social media channels, as well as to the media. I am also involved in the communications of the municipal companies Ranuan Seudun Matkailu Oy and Ranuan Infra Oy. In addition, I advise companies in Ranua on communication and related matters.
