Free clinic training for businesses

Develop your company's digital capabilities and take your business to the next level

Digitalisation offers huge opportunities if you know how to use it properly. This hands-on clinic combines inspiring coaching and company-specific sparring to help you build skills, discover new perspectives and put development into practice.

The digitalisation clinic concept

Joint coaching session 7.5. at 9-12, Teams

Be inspired by trends and deepen your understanding of customer-centric digital development, innovation and AI. In this three-hour distance learning session, you will get up-to-date information, practical examples and exchange ideas with other companies.

Personal coaching Weeks 22-25, 1-2 h, Teams

A company-specific meeting will focus on the needs of your business. In remote meetings lasting around two hours, our experts will help you clarify your digital strategy, develop services or find concrete ways to use artificial intelligence, for example. The coaching is tailored to your needs based on an initial assessment. This package provides the basis for long-term development and helps you to exploit the potential of digitalisation more effectively. The clinic will be delivered by Kuudes, a strategy and design agency.

The trainings are part of the Strategic Growth in Change project. The project, funded by the European Social Fund plus and implemented by the ELY Centre of Lapland, will run from 1.12.2023 to 30.11.2026. The project is 100% ESF+ funded and has a total budget of €1,147,437.

The key objective of the Strategic Growth in Change project is to strengthen the skills of the management and staff of SMEs in Lapland. As part of the project's services, we will organise three clinics in April-June 2025, consisting of joint events for companies and one-to-one sparring sessions.

You can register for one or all of the training sessions if you wish. Places for one-to-one sparring sessions are limited to around ten companies. More companies can participate in joint sessions. If there are more registrations than places, the ELY Centre of Lapland will make a selection and inform the registrants.
