Strength Through Talent – The Potential of College Graduates and the Ability of Employers to Attract and Retain Talent in Lapland

The project aims to create pathways for students at the University of Lapland and Lapland University of Applied Sciences toward careers in Lapland and to identify skilled professionals for employers in the Lapland region. This development work will foster closer ties between higher education institutions and local employers, establish career paths and internship practices, and identify skill needs.

The project is funded by POPEKV (formerly POPELY) through the European Social Fund (ESF+). The total budget for the project is €492,458, of which €393,965 comes from ESF+ funding.
