Welcome to the workshop, where you can help shape the content of Ranua’s economic development program and the future of business in Ranua. The workshop is open to everyone, and we invite all stakeholder representatives, elected officials, and entrepreneurs to join us in discussing and shaping the future of Ranua’s business community.

The workshop will be led by Toni Auvinen, Development Director at Finnish Consulting Group.

Toni Auvinen, Director of Development

Toni Auvinen holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and is an experienced development director who works in management consulting at FCG Finnish Consulting Group Oy. He has over 25 years of diverse experience in leadership, development, and digitalization roles in both the public and private sectors. Toni has served as a municipal manager, ICT and digital director, CEO, and special advisor, among other roles. Throughout his career, Toni has worked with over 200 client organizations and on 300 projects, and he has the ability to combine strategic thinking with practical implementation. He has helped develop dozens of strategies and programs across Finland. He has also been an entrepreneur himself, either full-time or part-time, for over twenty years.
