The combined turnover of the businesses located in the Ranuan Animal Park tourist centre could even double in the coming years. Such is the wealth of investment and location opportunities in the area.

Northern Business Centre

Situated in close proximity to snowmobile and multi-use trails, the commercial building of up to 1000 square metres is ideal for a safari company or equipment rental business, for example. In the immediate vicinity of the commercial building, it is possible to set up a departure point for reindeer and snowmobile safaris, for example.

South Business Centre 

The 1 000 m2 business centre planned next to the hotel will be centrally located and particularly suitable for retail and restaurant services, as well as for the needs of programme service companies and equipment rental companies. 

Murrr Murrr Castle extension

The landmark Murrr Murrr Castle offers excellent growth opportunities for restaurants, souvenir shops and experience providers, thanks to its 500 square metre expansion potential. 

Bear's Nest Experience Accommodation

The plot at the north-western tip of the Ranuan Animal Park tourist area is an ideal location for a more specialised experience. The site has been designed with Bear's Lairs, which fit in nicely with the theme of the area, and is located between the Zoo and the new adventure park.

Two new areas for husky parks with trails will allow to serve the growing number of tourists.

Other new departure areas (Reindeer Parks 1-3)

Areas suitable for reindeer or horse services are planned to be zoned in good locations in the immediate vicinity of the core area of the Ranuan Animal Park tourist area, but still in such a way that good conditions can be provided for the animals. As part of the spatial planning, sites for enclosures, service buildings and housing will be reserved.

World of snow

The plan includes a special place for snow adventures, in a good location close to other services. Possible options could include a snow castle, a bobsleigh, a snow maze, a children's sledding hill or ice rinks.

Adventure Park

The hillside area will allow the construction of an adventure park with ropeways and climbing routes in an active tourist area popular with children.

The area already has excellent visibility and accessibility, so the conditions for growth are excellent.
